Looking for a way to enjoy all that Terrace Lakes Resort has to offer year round? Memberships are available to allow you to make Terrace Lakes Resort the preferred mountain getaway and recreation site for your family or business.
***Full Family Membership (Includes all family members living in your household under the age of 24)
$195/month + tax with $1,000 + tax initiation fee.
Benefits include:
- Unlimited use of golf course
- Unlimited use of swimming pool and pickleball courts
- Charge privileges in the golf shop, restaurant and lounge (billed monthly)
- Memberships are transferable and non-assessable
- Guest golf discounts
- Family members discounts on golf (out of the household)
***Individual Membership
$130/month + tax with $500 + tax initiation fee.
Benefits include:
- Unlimited use of golf course
- Unlimited use of swimming pool and pickleball courts
- Charge privileges in the golf shop, restaurant and lounge (billed monthly)
- Memberships are transferable and non-assessable
- Guest golf discounts
- Family members discounts on golf (out of the household)
***Social Membership
$75/month + tax with $125 + tax initiation fee.

Buy a Cart Pass
In addition to each membership you may buy a cart pass (members only) at a discounted rate for the use of our Rental Carts. $200 + tax gets you 20 Eighteen (18) hole rides to be used at your discretion. Thats saves you 30% or $100! Based on availability.
